How long have you been in the construction industry?
I have been involved in construction for twenty-five years. My background is in carpentry. I was running crews at age twenty two for a company that had two hundred and twenty carpenters. Before I left that company to start my own business, I was running a fifteen man crew, but wanted the challenge of designing and creating homes with character and quality on my own.
What segment of the construction industry are you involved in (i.e. home building, remodeling, commercial, etc.)
I primarily am involved in custom home building, but also do additions and remodeling.
What is your niche or target market?
My specialty is any type or level of custom home. I can build for any budget, from the conservative to the extreme high end. Either one, my clients get the best built home for the money.
How do you differentiate yourself from other builders?
Honesty, quality, and creativity. I truly care and take pried in building an extremely well built home for my clients, no matter what the budget. Then I stand behind my work long after the warranty has expired. If the owner has any technical or maintenance questions or concerns I am always available to assist them. I also enjoy creating unique details that add character and style to the overall design of the home, down to the smallest of details. My carpentry background is a huge edge over the competition. I am in the small percentage of builders that can build an entire house with my own hands; therefore my knowledge provides a superior level of quality control. I also provide a business ethic that puts honesty, fairness and integrity ahead of monetary gain.
What are some of the reasons you use Midwest as a supplier (i.e. product quality, one on one service, product knowledge, etc.)
Midwest provides great service at a reasonable price. They also carry a wide variety of products for my clients to choose from, from different window lines, to numerous trim profiles.

Other suppliers that I have dealt with lack the entire package that Midwest provides, from knowledgeable sales staff, availability and efficiency of getting products, to the professional and helpful delivery team.
